We had a complimentary photo session here that came with my new car, and I honestly thought it was going to be a quick, basic thing — but it ended up being such a fun experience. The team was super friendly and made us feel comfortable straight away. They guided us through poses so nothing felt awkward, and the studio setup was really nice. What I loved most was the complimentary photo-review session after the shoot. They brought us into a room where we went through all the photos on a big screen — kind of like watching a mini movie of the whole shoot. It was such a cool way to see the shots, and it made choosing our favourites really easy. The photos themselves turned out amazing: clean, sharp, and way more polished than I expected from a free session. Everything was delivered quickly too. Frame type, color and dimensions of the final print were discussed and few suggestions were made to suit my current house interior and theme. Overall, a really smooth and enjoyable experience. Friendly staff, great photos, and that movie-style viewing room was such a nice touch. Definitely worth checking out. Thanks again guys!

Absolutely loved our experience at Verve Portraits! Our photographer, Anya really brought out the shine and joy from our very reserved little 3 year old. Anya was fun, energetic and adapted to the little people EXTREMELY well and this truly came through in the photos. Our design meeting with Oliver was incredible. His knowledge and expertise made the experience smooth. We really appreciate the customisation of the packages to fit our needs and Oliver's insight into what would flow well as a design overall. Having the opportunity to have our portraits taken by a professional studio was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing to work with and were very accommodating and understanding. Ethan, the photographer, was especially easy to work with and really took the time to understand what we wanted from the experience. Steven, the designer, was also incredibly kind and friendly in his approach, making sure, regardless of the time involved, that my preferences and vision for the artwork were carefully considered. Anna, our photographer, was not only highly skilled but also wonderfully patient and intuitive with our toddlers. She had a natural way of keeping them relaxed, entertained, and engaged, which made the whole session feel easy and joyful.
