We recently had a family photo shoot with Total Capture Photography and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Rhys, our photographer, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly patient, understanding and accommodating with our child who has additional needs. He took everything in his stride, made us feel completely comfortable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Rhys worked with our family to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience, which made such a difference on the day. A huge thank you also to Steph, who was wonderful during our studio viewing appointment. She took the time to help us select our favourite images and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The final photos are simply beautiful and we now have stunning family portraits proudly displayed on our walls. They perfectly capture our family, and we will treasure them for years to come. I don't know where to begin! From the first contact with the team at Total Capture Photography, I knew that they were going to capture the photos of my dreams. The booking was straight forward and they were so understanding when life kept throwing curve balls at us. They took the time to get to know each person in the shoot and the dynamics of the group. Stephanie was so helpful when we had to reschedule due to bad weather and very knowledgeable during our styling phone call when I was losing my mind on what to wear. On the day, she scouted ahead and found the perfect spot for our family photos and created magic. Our intergenerational shoot went off without a hitch and she made capturing 4 young kids look like a breeze and it was actually fun! When it came to viewing our photos, I couldn't pick one so I picked them all! I felt like I was at home watching old family videos with my best friend. These photos mean so much to me and my family and are going to be cherished for years. We have at least 1 in every room of the house now. I can't wait to do it again!
