It's a good studio and I enjoyed using it. I would prefer less reflective surfaces and definitely less mirrors. There are so many great mini scenes in the studio that you simply can't use because the multiple mirrors will always have you in the shot. Less is more in this case. The place is clean and certainly usable. Some incongruities such as a motorbike next to a bed make for weird shots. The big windows in the front are good but perhaps a shear covering would be good, several times the model was being watched from the apartment and carpark across the road and even the bus stop below. She handled this well but a less confident model would be put off.
