We recently had a family photo session with Sharon from Shabo Studio and I don’t normally write reviews, but this deserves to be said. From the first phone call the process was simple and professional. Sharon was calm and confident and clearly had a vision for what she wanted to create. During the session she guided everything with purpose, and it only fully made sense when we later saw the finished photographs. Every small detail she was paying attention to came together in the final result. When we met to view the finished images, we were genuinely taken back. She presented our prints in a beautiful keepsake box along with a crystal USB containing all our photos. These weren’t just pictures — they were our family captured properly. Not staged or forced, but who we actually are at this point in our lives. Sharon isn’t just a photographer, she’s an artist. Her style has a real old-Hollywood portrait feel. She brings out natural expressions and makes everyone comfortable, especially the kids, which is no small thing. If you are looking for a family photographer in Perth or the northern suburbs / Hills area, I would strongly recommend Shabo Studio.
