From the start I was pleasantly surprised to see a sign welcoming myself and my family in. I had taken my baby niece for some photos and Heidi was amazing. Welcomed us at the door and got straight into it. She didnt rush us and gave time for baby to have time to eat when she needed it. I had no idea we were there for a few hours because I honestly enjoyed the experience. Dont even get me started on the photos. So beautiful. We will be back for the cake smash photos. Highly recommend

A photoshoot with Heidi was a fantastic experience! I booked a session with Heidi to take professional headshots of me and my partner for our new business. We didn't have much experience in front of the camera but Heidi made us feel so at ease and relaxed. She shared her expertise and experience, suggesting different poses and advising on the right angles. The photos came out beautifully. We were so happy we bought 13 photos instead of the planned 5! Heidi is a truely lovely human and made our photography experience special from the beginning. From the moment we walked into her space she made us feel totally welcome and comfortable, offering us tea and welcoming us into her studio. The photographs she took of our family were outstanding and her passion for photography was obvious throughout. We had trouble picking our final photos from the options she put to us and ended up buying more than we planned, as the quality of the images meant we had no choice but to upgrade our package. Within 2 days we had our pictures edited and available via download link. Within 4 we had a USB in the letterbox. Absolutely outstanding speed and service to her customers, allowing us to share our photos to family overseas, pre Easter. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heidi to anyone looking for professional photographs within Melbourne. We drove 50 mins to her studio and would do so again in a heartbeat.
