Last Saturday I visited Photo Shop Studio as my Godox Studio light had fallen over and was damaged. It needed to have a the power socket replaced. By Thursday I had my repaired light back fully repaired for a very reasonable price. Great service!

I bought a Yongnuo ring flash light for camera online. The product was faulty (the camera battery door wouldn't stay closed) so I couldn't use it. I sent an email asking for refund and honestly the email correspondence wasn't very good so i decided to come into the store in person expecting to have a bad experience (this didnt happen until more than 6 months after I bought the product). I am very glad to be wrong! They took it back even though I had forgotten some of the parts that came with it and upgraded me to a better model. I paid the difference in which they gave me a 10% discount of their own volition. A very reputable, reliable store. I would be happy to purchase products from here again, and it was worth the drive in. Very pleased with my new product.

Items from my order were clearly used beforehand, yet I paid full price for them expecting them to be brand new. This is a sdcondhand store marketing as brand new? Not cool. There were also clips missing from my scrim which made it unuseable. There was also an item out of stock that I had ordered. Not the end of the world but I can see from other reviews that this happens much more often than it should. I dont trust this place. I dont think its well run. I dont think you should spend your money here as I dont think you will be getting what you paid for. Its that simple. Im also pretty sure they list a lot of great deals on their website, that are all out of stock. They do this intentionally so it looks like they have great pricing, but in reality every single one of these deals is out of stock (I took another look on their website to confirm this, you can do the same if you're interested) it's sneaky and unethical. No I do not recommend this shop. There are better options in Sydney that do not sell you secondhand items.
