I have had cause to engage the service of Notch Framing Service on 2 occasions for 3 large canvas pictures. I cannot fault the service. They are cheerful, polite, knowledgeable and are very responsive to any queries. The turnaround time for completion of the work was excellent. The framing itself is of high quality and is a fair price. They have gone above and beyond on 3 occasions. Firstly, they stored my framed artwork at their place when I realised I could not fit it in my car. Secondly, when the handyman was unable to hang my other pictures, which were not framed by Notch, Scott came around to my house to install wiring onto the back of the pictures. Thirdly, they delivered the last 2 pictures to my property in the knowledge my car would not be able to accommodate them. Honestly, I cannot fault them and would not hesitate to recommend them. I know that most people don’t think twice about what goes into framing a picture. We are usually content with getting something from the shops and then make do with the fact that it’s not quite the right fit. But after getting a couple of frames from Scott and Millie, I’ll never go back to “not quite right”. The care and craft that they put into their frames is exemplary. The quality of work speaks for itself and the fact that they can size whatever you have, perfectly, at a very fair price, means that you never have to accept “not quite right” for your keepsakes. Can highly recommend them.
