Ross wrangled a large group of our family (18) and made everyone feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed and accommodated all the permutations smoothly. He managed to get all the shots we needed with every one looking good- he has an easygoing manner and a wonderful sense of humor while being very professional and efficient! Also great post- shoot service - the photos were amazing and the files were sent to us along with suggestions for how they might look framed up on a wall in our living room. Ross provided us with a truly excellent experience and product. My brother and I wished to get a family portrait for our mother’s 60th birthday, and Ross provided a very reasonably priced package that accommodated my, my brother’s, and my mother’s different and difficult schedules. He was very organised in terms of communicating dates / times / requirements, and despite the fact that none of myself, my brother, or my mother are particularly fond of cameras, he ensured that we were all comfortable and therefore that we received a high-quality photo. The finished product is of exceptional quality, and Ross even offered to drop it off personally (as opposed to my having to pick it up from the Natural Family Photography office). Unlike many other photographers, Ross’s photos don’t look “fake” or surreal—instead, it’s just a really beautiful photo that is (as his business name would suggest) natural-looking. I would highly recommend Ross for any family photography needs.

Reposting as I accidentally deleted my last review! I had been hoping for years to use Ross, having walked by the window display time and time again. I can honestly say I was not disappointed, we went for the basic package and it was worth every cent. If I can offer you any advice as you prepare for the big day, do NOT short change on your photographer. Do NOT! Book your photographer early on if not first! We ended up with a collection of hundreds of beautiful photos, lots of photos of our guests and a million little memories from a day that is otherwise a total loving blur. Every time I go back to the collection I find something new and can relive the whole day again. Ours was an intimate backyard wedding so we really wanted a relaxed and candid approach, and Ross delivered. He also did very well to navigate a very pushy but well meaning hobby photographer guest to tried to hijack our photoshoot! You're in good hands with these guys, so try your best not to complain about the price. You get what you pay for and frankly our photos are priceless to us

Whilst we weren’t able to follow through with the actual shoots due to personal reasons, communicating with Rochelle & Ross was a dream. Ross gave me an exploratory call, had great ideas and really listened to the heart of what we wanted to achieve. He was flexible with dates, locations and keen to hear my suggestions. We could not have been happier with Ross. He was so easy to work with and made the whole experience fun. We had six children ranging in age from 2 to 11 and he managed them all perfectly. They giggled the whole way through and created beautiful photos.
