We moved to a new school and they used national photography. Just want to express disappointment that even though via direct communication with the group regarding sibling photos, my girls were turned away on the day. It was a late entry mind you, but that was why I was ensured they would be on the list as their website didn’t allow orders past a particular date. Really terrible service and no response when I advised them of the error either. No more school photos anymore until yr 12 perhaps.

I have never seen such poor photo quality—both the colour and clarity are extremely disappointing. Photos taken with my old phone and printed at Kmart look significantly better by comparison. The group photo appears to have been printed on paper only slightly thicker than standard A4, rather than proper photo paper. The pricing is unjustifiably high, and it feels like they’re taking advantage of the fact that parents have little choice if they want a group photo. I'm very disappointed that the school chose to use National Photography.

This company is a complete sham! Quality is worse than my 15 yr old printer pumps out! You also have to cut your own photos up as it all comes on one sheet with their barcode and numbers so have your own guillotine - we sent ours back for a refund as they’re nothing short of CRAP! Had to chase them up weeks after tracking shows they got it back - will process a credit card charge back now so they can deal with the fees added! DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS READ OTHER REVIEWS 1 Star is popular! Phone calls - Emails - Photos Returned Tracked - Now more phone calls and credit card company will be involved now. Add side note they can send an email address and reply to this review yet haven’t replied to my wife’s email weeks ago saying the photos are sent back and tracking shows this you’re not there until 9am and don’t worry I plan on calling you as soon you open!!! Don’t make out you’re some amazing company - we’ve sent them Back we’ve emailed you called you and still no replies or refunds!!!

Received my Childrens' photos back last week and was cautious to post my thoughts.. however after reading many others with the same I feel I should share. Both their photos have been edited. My child had her glasses removed and freckles edited out. And my son looks like a ghost, he naturally has olive skin and you can tell they have somehow lightened the image in post production. This is shocking to see that children are edited to conform with what the photographer thinks is beauty. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for sibling photos that also have been adjusted. This company should be investigated and shut down. What a disappointment and waste of money. I look forward to your generic, mediocre response.
