Would not recommend if I was going to be doing school photos for the 2026 year. We had our photos taken this year in April I believe. I also ordered family photos of my children. It is now December I've only recieved one child's photos. Our school has been wonderful on there behalf. MSP on the other half have gone down hill. I also got a group photo of my daughters kinder class and she wasn't even in the photo 🤦‍♀️ I'm still awaiting them to print out and send us our family photos which they said would be done months ago and sent via express post for the inconvenience. Honestly how hard is it for a business like this that is meant to capture our children's milestones.

I would give MSP 0 stars if I could. Communication from them is atrocious and they say it takes a week from ordering photos to receiving them. It has been 3 months since ordering and then they say they've posted them...which was approx 3 weeks ago. They constantly make excuses. I wont bother getting school photos from them again.

Every year, my son's picture Never came out looking good It's like taking a photo for free. My son's hair gets messy every year. Employees should tell the children Have the hair set before taking pictures

So rushed the photographer doesn't even give time for child to finish smiling fully..."next"! Cant view before paying...nonsensical excuse given was- "privacy reasons" (I'm the parent with the code..no one else)! Just a set up as no one would buy them if they saw the rushed result!

The prices were high end but the quality of my child’s photo was embarrassing to say the least, my kids take better pictures with an iPhone 7.
