I was fortunate enough to have my hair cut and styled by Kelsey today. It was a complete make over (for the better). Kelsey also took the time to explain the best way to maintain the cut so it would last. Very happy with the results.

Really disappointing experience. Didn't even get to have my hair done so can't comment on their work. Customer service was terrible and after making an appointment, calling to confirm with stylist about what I wanted done, paying $100+ deposit, going in on a walking cane because I've got a knee injury, only to be told that due to miscommunication (of course, my fault) they could only do my roots and give me a blowdry when I had booked for a cut, colour and blowdry. I always, always give businesses a chance because I know so many are struggling but these boujie places need to realise that some customers are struggling too and having that little bit of care and pampering really makes a difference. So no new hairdo but at least got my deposit back. Used it to get a fabulous haircut at Parlour, Glenelg. Everything happens for a reason I guess 😊
