Absolutely the best customer service!! My teens weren't happy with their sibling and individual school photos this year, so I contacted the Anna at Midland Photographers who was very understanding and empathetic towards the situation. She went above and beyond to rectify it, offering to not only replace the photos, but also let us come back in to have their photos reshot in their studio. She then posted them out to us, all at no charge, and with a smile on her face. You just never get service like that any more, it's so refreshing to deal with a local business that really cares about its customers. 👏

Dealt with several staff members over several weeks during a difficult time (death in the family). Photos were scanned, touched up, enlarged. They also made helpful suggestions wrt framing. Great service all round.

The photos are good quality, however it is absolutely unacceptable that our family has to pay $25 for just a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD of each graduation photo. $300 for just a download of 12 photos is actually exorbitant.

3rd year in a row we had to wait almost 4 months for school photos which is ridiculous. Secondly the photos are of terrible quality, old fashioned frame and sure the photographer could tell kids to smile or wipe their hair out if their face. Did you never hear about big kids in tge back small at the front?
