It had been 10 years since having family portraits done - we received a generous gift card at Christmas to Marquis Portraits. It was exciting to co-ordinate clothing colours, deicde on preferred poses and groupings. On the day we spent a good 2 hours (just under) in Matt's cute studio with good props - we love the chaise lounge. Thank you Matt, we enjoyed our experience, loved your studio. We got in touch with Matt because we needed a “school photo” style portrait for the grandparents’ yearly Christmas presents. Normally we would just use the official school photos, but a change in the school’s supplier left us in a bit of a pickle. From the very beginning, Matt was warm, inviting and friendly. Even our 10-year-old, who was not thrilled about putting on his school uniform, ended up enjoying the session. We also added some Christmas-themed photos, which turned out beautifully. Choosing our favourites from the selection was easy and we were very happy with the results. The studio is easy to get to and well set up, with different props and a space to change outfits. Matt has a real talent for helping people feel comfortable in front of the camera and it truly shows in the final photos. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we are already planning to make this a yearly tradition! Thanks Matt!!
