The whole experience with Karen from Kapture photography was amazing. We received detail information well before our photo shoot. The information was precise, really easy to access and go through it was useful for the upcoming photo shoot. Karen was easily contactable, responded promptly and was nice in her interactions with us. On the day I felt relaxed and comfortable. Karen showed us colour options and was able to capture amazing photos of our 5 week old. I loved every picture. Karen was able to capture amazing photos of our little one and the family that was present. I will definitely contact Karen to do a smash cake when my little Aspen is older. The whole experience was positive and Karen is amazing at what she does. Very highly recommended!

This was from last year. I won a voucher at the PBC Baby Expo and was very excited when Karen called and emailed to let me know. We also spoke on the phone. I had already booked another photographer for my maternity photos, but I told her that since I had won this voucher, I was still happy to do a photoshoot and purchase what I liked. After I sent a message, I didn’t hear back. Unfortunately, because of the lack of communication, I wasn’t able to use the voucher I won. I’m giving 1 star due to the poor communication, which was disappointing.
