Jordyn is amazing, we crossed paths in the final 2weeks of my pregnancy with my original photographer reaching out to Jordyn due to a few changes. I was unsure and shy to bring someone new in so close to the birth of my 3rd baby especially being a planned home birth. Jordyn reached out immediately and arranged a catch up and brought us some home baked goodies (amazing baker she is!) I feel we immediately clicked and her quick visit turned into a good 2 hour chat! This definitely made me feel like she was the right person to welcome into our space. While she took me on last minute she was just as dedicated to me as any other client she had, never was there a doubt of her ability to juggle me and another birth due in the same week! She was a super start juggling being a mum herself and keeping in touch daily. While we were unable to capture birth photos as planned (labour happened in 2 hours) this was just one of those things out of our control and I giggle about it as you need to know the full story. However Jordyn went out of her way to still show up and take photos post birth she only missed out by 10-15minutes but the photo she captured after the birth are just as valuable, beautiful and raw it captures my other kids meeting their newest siblings for the first time and it melts my heart everytime. Jordyn did our first family photos as a family of 5. I would honestly share every photo she took ever! However due to the privacy of my children I won't share their photos. I highly recommend Jordyn and would even have another baby just to have her back in my life even just for a moment as she is a beautiful soul and skilled photographer.

Highly recommend the platinum maternity package with lovestandsstill photography. From the minute we arrived at the location and started the session, we immediately felt comfortable. Jordyn was very good with directions and helping us with poses and making us laugh throughout! Jordyn was also amazing with communication prior to the photo shoot session through messages. She provided great ideas and was very good dealing with all my questions, including the last minute location change the day before! Now about the photo results, OMG!! They are literally amazingly beautiful, I cried tears of joy going through the entire gallery! To see how she captured the love that we have for each other and this beautiful baby growing in my belly was beyond amazing! If anyone is looking into a birth photographer to capture their birth story, we recommend Jordyn from Love Stands Still so highly! She made the whole process so seamless and easy, making me feel so comfortable right from the beginning with a coffee catch up to get to know each other and what we wanted to get from this experience. Through to the birth, coming into our birth space and keeping the peace and calmness we wanted. Reading the room and offering moments of support when needed, but equally being so quiet I didn’t know she was there when things were quite intense. She captured our birth perfectly, making sure to include the finer details, and I am so grateful that we can treasure these photos forever. Jordyn was just amazing, and has such a caring, calm presence that you definitely want in your birth space! 🫶
