So disappointed with our Friday appointment, it was booked and paid but no one answered the door for us. Called the business number, no one answered. It was a photoshoot for my kids and they were so upset. I waited at the door for 20 minutes. The fairy lights were all on, and a camera outside, so we thought we'd wait in case there was another family getting their photos done. We asked someone walking from the vet if they knew anything, and after leaving, asked some nearby shop owners if they knew. People were surprised and sorry about our experience. In the evening after no call back or acknowledgement, I decided to file a payment dispute. Shortly after, Janet messaged me asking me if I was at the wrong address. Not acknowledging my phone call or appointment, and didn't seem to care at all, just stating that others had been at the wrong address again -then asked if we wanted to come another day.
