It took me over a month to get a refund issued after showing up to the studio and not being able to get in and therefore I was not able to complete my booking. I was very understanding at first as I am in business and people make mistakes. But the customer care and communication after this incident was absolutely terrible. Responses are lousy, It took weeks of me following up email after email to get responses. I was eventually told a refund was issued for both the studio booking and costs incurred due to this mistake after mentioning Fair Trading for intervention. I got into contact with them 2 weeks ago as I am still yet to receive the other half of my refund. The card I used to pay with was cancelled before refund was issued (I told them this prior to refund so they knew and provided my bank details as an alternative). I also offered to provide anything they need from me to get this sorted. I still have no response I feel disrespected as a customer and I will never use their services again.
