Won a voucher and thought we'd give it a try as my growing family have not had a proper photoshoot done since our son was born. Booking was easy and straightforward, instructions were also clear and resources were provided at the start (what to wear, what you can bring, what to expect, etc.), especially for us first timers in a studio. Staff were friendly and hospitable right at the start, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The photographer was easy to work with and she was amazing with our son. We had fun shooting in the studio. Afterwards, we were invited into a theatre where they presented to us our photos that were already semi-enhanced (surprisingly quick). I have to say they really strung me and my wife's heartstrings when they started showing everything with some background music, which made us really want to buy the photos. It was a wholesome experience from start to finish. I guess the only comment I can give are the prices of the photo packages. We had the voucher to help out a bit (with some conditions), but I have to say the pricing was still more than average if I am being honest. However, since we had our photos done on our actual wedding anniversary day, we thought of purchasing one of the packages as a gift to ourselves. It was all worth it when we got the photo prints in a wooden box though, the quality was superb and we are very happy with it. It will be like an heirloom for our son for when he grows up and have his own family one day. Overall a genuine and wholesome experience, with a bit of surprise with prices though, but I think once your prints and products arrive, it will all be worth it. Well done.
