After enjoying the view at the Round House, I visited this gallery and found it to be a quiet, clean, and peaceful space filled with stunning underwater photography. The images of marine life are truly beautiful—comparable in quality to something you’d see on Bing wallpapers. Mrs. Cowans, who was there during my visit, was welcoming and never pushy about making a purchase. Instead, she shared the stories behind the photos and spoke with genuine pride about her husband, Mr. Cowans, who takes all the underwater shots. You can tell she wholeheartedly supports his work. I’ll admit, I’m not sure how difficult it is to photograph underwater, but the results are impressive. I ended up buying a pair of earrings featuring a coral photo in the signature water-drop design. Mrs. Cowans mentioned they’re made of sterling silver, and two years later, they still look perfect—no rust or tarnish. I also picked up a postcard with the same coral image, which felt like a lovely match. They have a well-designed website too, where you can browse their products and photography online. For me, this little gallery is more than just a souvenir stop—it’s a place full of heart and storytelling that leaves you with lasting memories.

We "happened upon" this studio while visiting Fremantle. It was the best experience of the whole day! The photography is amazing and the atmosphere created by "experiencing" the underwater world is one of awe and wonder. Meeting Glen himself added to the experience. He is clearly passionate about the wonders of what lies beneath the water and willing to put the whole of himself (and his resources) into making this available to others. A "must see" when visiting this delightful town.

Such a nice place to see underwater pictures. Mrs Cowan was very nice and friendly and gave me a little private tour through the gallery. If you're ever in Fremantle, go there! You won't regret it
