My family and I travelled to Adelaide from Dalby QLD from a recommendation. No regrets whatsoever. It has been 18 months and we all still remember the experience with Steve at the studio. It was my wife and I 10 year anniversary and along with our two children, have never had professional family photos. Steve is not just talented, he's passionate. He takes his time, gets the kids settled, finds the perfect catch phrase to get us all smiling. Our was "MONEY". The prints are second to none and the time he takes during the photo selection process makes you wonder how he makes money. Thank you Steve. See you in eight and a half years for the next one.

Steve made the day very easy by being so flexible to our situation, and gave us incredible photos to keep looking at for years to come. I have contacted the studio on 10 OCCASIONS as per my call log above and each time I have been given an bunch of excuse as to why I cannot view my child's photos. They range from: 1.we dont have a login avail for you and you have to wait for other clients logins to expire x 2 2. we cant just email them because its too many clicks and work for us and its easier for us to use the portal so wait once again x 2 3. we all have covid x 2 What I havent seen 6 weeks later are photos STILL After 10 calls I believe I have been very patient and am disappointed that I have yet to see them. I have so paid them already. When I call and leave a message noone returns my call either.
