I’ve been practicing at Forest Studio for 4 months now, and the transformation has been incredible. Not only do I feel more energised and motivated, but I’ve also seen real changes in my body. Great studio and amazing instructors for yoga! It's my favourite studio as there's no pressure to perform and everyone is super welcoming! There is a range of classes for everyone, and some are very relaxing and restorative while others are more of a workout. 💪🏼
