Her professionalism, accountability, and proactive troubleshooting helped not only take a lot of the pressure off in the lead up but most importantly allowed us to be totally present on the day. And when things did come up, her and the team's leadership and ability to take initiative ensured the whole party kept rolling without anyone skipping a beat. I should note, we did this all whilst living abroad and it made us feel doubly comfortable knowing Jen and the team were leading things on the ground. My wife and I had the fortune of having Jen as a coordinator for our wedding last month. Given the stress of planning a wedding, we were increasingly dreading the idea of coordinating all of our vendors and organizing the set up on the day. We decided to hire Fenn Studio for the on-the-day coordination. It was the best money we spent for our wedding by a mile. From the very first meeting, Jen was attentive to detail and she was a reassurance that everything would run smoothly. She took care of liaising with all of our vendors, keeping communication clear and effective. She also greatly helped guide us towards making our vision of our wedding come to life; her experience with weddings and the industry was crucial. Jen also has excellent stylistic taste. When my wife and I finally arrived at the venue for our ceremony, we were surprised to find it looking more beautiful than we had ever imagined. She had arranged our decorations, the aisle and "altar", signage and tables to create a romantic and wonderful environment. To anyone planning their wedding, Fenn Studio is the way to go!
