Krystal was incredible - everything was very easy and smooth from the moment I enquired and we couldn’t be happier with our new family photos. She was so warm and friendly and put our awkward selves at ease, and even managed to get on our not very photo compliant toddlers good side throughout the shoot- she was honestly so great with him, us and our newborn, even helping with swaddling and soothing him throughout the session making sure we were all comfortable.
