When I first contacted Emily, she was very friendly over the email exchange and provided detailed information. The booking system was user friendly. Once the booking was made. She provided a lot of recommendation and specific suggestions as how to create the best shoot. We had a lot of time to prepare for the day. On the day, although it was our first time meeting her in person but it seriously felt like catching up with an old friend. She's very relaxed and beautiful photographer, from the inside as well as her outside ;) She gave us suggestions as what to do in the pictures when required, otherwise, it was rather relaxed and fun. My kids love Emily and they are still asking when we can invite her over for a play date. The end result of the shoot is amazing. We love all the pictures she took for us. Thank you, Emily. The view gallery is again, user friendly. We can easily share the pictures with family and friends and it's easy to navigate and download. We are very happy with Chapter and Song and we are starting to look for an excuse to book for another session with Emily.
